Hospital Deliveries: Please be advised that deliveries to hospitals and medical facilities in New York City will be left with the front desk or building security. Due to hospital regulations, our drivers cannot deliver directly to patient rooms. We recommend providing a contact phone number in the order notes so our driver can coordinate upon arrival. Scotts Flowers NYC is not responsible for arrangements that are not retrieved from the front desk after delivery.
